Appointment with a UX doctor

I walked into my dentist's clinic today and the receptionist told me that the dentist wasn't there. She gave me their business card so I could call before popping in unannounced next time. Here's the card: The timings were on there! This was useful information but I was definitely gonna lose this card in the blink of an eye.
